Jazz World has further consolidated its growing position in Pakistan’s digital economy by releasing strong financial results in the first quarter of 2026. According to the company, total revenue has crossed Rs130 billion after a growth of 20.6%.
According to the report, the company’s telecom and infrastructure revenue reached Rs82 billion, recording a 14.3% year-on-year increase. This growth was driven by increasing data usage, multi-play packages and improved monetisation of prepaid customers.
Jazz World’s digital revenue grew by 33 per cent to Rs 48 billion, while digital business now accounts for 37 per cent of total revenue. According to experts, this is a clear sign of the rapid growth of digital services in Pakistan.
The company’s EBITDA margin reached 45 per cent, while EBITDA was recorded at Rs 58.5 billion. According to experts, operational efficiency, effective cost discipline and expansion of digital business strengthened the company’s financial results.
Jazz World also invested Rs 8.8 billion during the first quarter, which was spent on network upgradation, AI-based services and improvement of digital infrastructure.
According to the company, the number of Jazz subscribers has reached about 75 million, while 4G subscribers have crossed 57 million. 4G penetration has increased to 76.3 per cent, which reflects the increasing use of the internet in the country.
The number of multi-play users reached 23.8 million while ARPU increased to Rs 496. Similarly, average data usage per user was recorded at 8.2 GB.
JazzCash also achieved significant success, and its monthly active users reached 29.2 million. According to the company, the gross transaction value during the last twelve months was Rs 16.8 trillion.
Jazz World said that JazzCash is providing more than 200,000 digital loans daily, while more than one million Raast QR merchants have connected to the platform, which is promoting a cashless economy in Pakistan.
Tamasha gained 33.5 million monthly active users during the ICC T20 World Cup and achieved the highest digital viewership among local streaming platforms.
In March 2026, Jazz World acquired 190 MHz spectrum in Pakistan’s largest spectrum auction, including the 700 MHz golden band. According to the company, this investment will be crucial for better coverage in rural areas and the rollout of future 5G services.
CEO Aamir Ibrahim said that Jazz World aims to make digital access in Pakistan more effective, inclusive and future-proof so that technology can improve the lives of every individual.
